Detroit, the amercian Motor City (“Motown”) and world car industry flagship (Ford, Cadillac, Chrysler), is now the symbol of a half-mast economy. Photographers Yves Marchand and Romain Meffre have worked for over five years on the ruined buildings of the city once known as the industrial development emblem of the 1920s.
